Job Summary

The Executive Personal Assistant shall be responsible for providing full Managerial, Administrative and Secretarial support at executive office to ensure smooth operation of the office. Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner. Take initiative as appropriate on behalf of the office.

Department:  Sales & Marketing

Key tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales workforce efficiency through sales performance analysis and system redesign to ensure all sales processes are tracking.
  • Determining training needs in line with the growth strategy.
  • Oversee all back-end sales operations and all sales systems like RTM, order automation, ERP functionality development etc.
  • Sales forecasting, budgeting and formulation of strategies to ensure execution.
  • Offering leadership and motivation to the sales and marketing department through performance based management.
  • Analyzing and resolving business challenges by developing insightful programs and ensure appropriate controls and reporting tools are in place.
  • Research for market intelligence to keep up with market trends.
  • In charge of special projects, identifying opportunity for partnership and collaboration.
  • Spearheading automation of sales systems and processes to maximize efficiencies.
  • Drive both the operational and strategic route resourcing agenda with the Team Leaders and ensuring binding commitments with business partners for business growth.
  • Conduct financial analysis, return on Investment of RTM process, share with key stakeholders, control system in place to get region compliance.
  • Working with sales leadership to provide data-driven input on future organizational goals. Being a point person for relevant data analysis that informs compensation decisions and future sales targets.
  • Undertake ad-hoc work compatible with the post holder’s status/experience as required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level, ideally in sales, marketing, Information Technology, business administration, operations management, or in any related field.
  • Information Technology (IT) qualification required.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in management, operations, and leadership.
  • Proven experience in data analytics and report presentation.
  • Experience of working in FMCG, 2 years of which should be focused on sales operations Management.
  • Understanding of general sales and marketing operations in an FMCG environment.
  • Solid understanding of financial management.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities and structure work schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills.
