Ingredients:
500g Turkey Breast cut into pieces
1 cup of plain yoghurt
1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
1 tea spoon tumeric
1 tea spoon chilli powder
1 cup tomato puree
1 tea spoon cup cream
Powder
Salt to taste
Garnish
Instructions:
- Marinate turkey pieces in yoghurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder and salt for 1 to 2 hours.
- Grill or pan-fry turkey until cooked. Set aside.
- In a pan melt butter and tomato puree. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add cream, Garam Masala and cooked turkey. Simmer for 10 min.
- Garnish with parsley leaves or dhania and serve with rice or chapati.
