Fish Fillet Recipe

Yields: 1 Serving Difficulty: Easy Prep Time: 10 Mins Cook Time: 15 Mins Total Time: 25 Mins

Ingredients:

500g fish fillet
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp flour (for coating)
Cooking oil for frying

Instructions:

  • Season fillets with salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon juice. Let sit for 10 mins.
  • Dust lightly with flour on both sides.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Fry fillets for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
  • Serve with ugali, kachumbari, or fries
