Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 2 lemons
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, honey,
oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
2. Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.
– Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
– Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
3. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat about 190-230°C
4. Grill the Chicken: – Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
– Place the chicken on the preheated grill.
– Grill for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°c and the chicken is no longer pink
in the center.
– Adjust the cooking time as needed, depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
5. Rest and Serve: Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before
slicing or serving.
– Serve the grilled chicken with your favorite sides, such as grilled vegetables, salad, or rice.
– Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
