Ingredients:
Turkey breast skinless
1 cup of soy sauce
1 table spoon ginger-garlic paste
1 tea spoon pineapple juice
Vegetable oil
20mgs of brown sugar
Sesame seeds.
Instructions:
- Place turkey piece in a bowl
- Combine all other ingredients, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, pineapple juice and brown sugar for 1 to 2 hours.
- Pour Marinade over the turkey, cover the bowl and make it as air tight as possible.
- Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
- Remove the turkey from the bowl and set aside. (Do not discard marinade).
- In a medium saucepan simmer the marinade for 5-10 mins.
- Place turkey on grill and brush with some of the hot marinade. over the top.
- Continue to grill the turkey until done (165 degrees).
- Place cooked turkey in a baking dish and pour in the rest remaining hot teriyaki marinade over the top.
- Serve immediately.
