Hawaiian Grilled Teriyaki Turkey

Yields: 1 Serving Difficulty: Easy Prep Time: 15 Mins Cook Time: 20 Mins Total Time: 35 Mins

Ingredients:

Turkey breast skinless
1 cup of soy sauce
1 table spoon ginger-garlic paste
1 tea spoon pineapple juice
Vegetable oil
20mgs of brown sugar
Sesame seeds.

Instructions:

  • Place turkey piece in a bowl
  • Combine all other ingredients, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, pineapple juice and brown sugar for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Pour Marinade over the turkey, cover the bowl and make it as air tight as possible.
  • Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
  • Remove the turkey from the bowl and set aside. (Do not discard marinade).
  • In a medium saucepan simmer the marinade for 5-10 mins.
  • Place turkey on grill and brush with some of the hot marinade. over the top.
  • Continue to grill the turkey until done (165 degrees).
  • Place cooked turkey in a baking dish and pour in the rest remaining hot teriyaki marinade over the top.
  • Serve immediately.
