Honey-Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients

Pan seared Pork loin Chops | Pork loin chops.. 250gms | Black pepper..5gms | Salt…5gms | Thyme..5gms
Honey..20ml | Potatoes..200gms | Zucchini..60gms | Olive oil in(a bottle)..5 100ml | Onions.. 20gms

Direction

1. Prepare the ingredients:
-Season the pork loin chops with salt, black pepper, thyme, and cayene pepper.
-Peel and slice the potatoes.
-Slice the zucchini, onions, and garlic.
2. Preheat the pan:
-Place a frying panover medium-high heat and add a small amount of olive oil.
3. Cook the pork loin chops:
-Once the pan is hot, add the seasoned pork loin chops.
-Sear each side for about 3-4 minutes, or until they are browned and cooked through.
4. Cook the Vegetables:
-In the same pan, add a bit more olive oil if needed, and then add the sliced potatoes, zucchini, onions,
and garlic.
-Saute until the vegetables are tender.
5. Finish the Dish:
-Drizzle honey over the pork loin chops and vegetables.
-Allow the honey to caramelize slightly.
-Serve the pork loin chops with the sauteed vegetables.
