Rosemary Grilled Turkey

Yields: 1 Serving Difficulty: Medium Prep Time: 20 Mins Cook Time: 30 Mins Total Time: 50 Mins

Ingredients:

Turkey breast skinless
1table spoon chopped rosemary leaves and dried thyme
1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
1tea spoon salt and paprika
Vegetable oil
2 cubes seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  • In a bowl whisk together the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt and black pepper.
  • Place turkey thighs in a shallow dish
  • Pour the marinade over the turkey making sure each piece is coated.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 min to 2 hours for best results.
  • Pre-heat your grill to medium high. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  • Remove turkey breast from the marinade, shaking off any excess and place it on the preheated grill.
  • Grill the turkey for about 15-30 minutes.
  • Continue to grill the turkey until done (165 degrees).
  • Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Serve when still hot.
