Ingredients:
Turkey breast skinless
1table spoon chopped rosemary leaves and dried thyme
1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
1tea spoon salt and paprika
Vegetable oil
2 cubes seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- In a bowl whisk together the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt and black pepper.
- Place turkey thighs in a shallow dish
- Pour the marinade over the turkey making sure each piece is coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 min to 2 hours for best results.
- Pre-heat your grill to medium high. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Remove turkey breast from the marinade, shaking off any excess and place it on the preheated grill.
- Grill the turkey for about 15-30 minutes.
- Continue to grill the turkey until done (165 degrees).
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve when still hot.
